Clothing that truly suits you
A design problem, not a customer problem
The Adorée began with an observation: most people are not badly dressed, they are badly served. Sizing assumes one height. Colour ranges assume one complexion.
Founded in 2026 in Panvel, Navi Mumbai, The Adorée was created with a clear intention: clothing should work for the person wearing it, not the other way around. Most off-the-rack garments are built around an arbitrary standard that ignores real variation in proportions, skin undertones, and daily life.
We approach clothing as an engineering discipline. Instead of leaving you to endless trial and error, we develop garments around considered proportions, drafted silhouettes, and palettes matched to natural undertones.
Cut and tailored with precision
Every garment is developed around proportion, cut and finish. We select premium linen, cotton-linen weaves and silks chosen for structure, drape and comfort.
From collar shape to hemline, each piece is drafted with care and inspected before dispatch to ensure the fit and finish meet our standards.
The problem
Colour is guesswork
Most collections release shades without regard for undertones, leaving you guessing whether a tone will brighten your skin or wash it out.
Sizing assumes one height
Standard grading scales every dimension equally, so waists drop, plackets gap, and hems drag on shorter and petite frames.
Fit is left to the customer
Charts list abstract body estimates rather than garment measurements, shifting the burden of tailoring onto the buyer.
Tanvii Sawalekar
FounderI’m Tanvi Sawalekar, Founder of The Adorée, with a Master’s in Luxury Brand Management.
The Adorée began with a personal belief: clothing should make a woman feel confident without requiring her to overthink what suits her. Inspired by the everyday challenges women face while finding the right fit, colour and silhouette, I created a brand that thoughtfully combines timeless style with individuality.
Every piece is designed to complement different heights, body types and skin tones through carefully selected colours and height-enhancing silhouettes. My vision is to build more than a clothing label, it is to create a space where every woman feels understood, celebrated and beautifully herself.
The Adorée was not created in a boardroom; it was created from a feeling, for the many versions of her.
On fit
The chart is the garment
Every size chart lists the finished garment in inches — bust, waist, length — not a guess at your body. Measure something you already like and compare.
You can see the height
Every product page names the model's height and the size worn. No piece is photographed without it.
Seven days to change your mind
If the size is wrong, exchange it within seven days. Faulty or wrong item, we cover the return.
Or skip sizes entirely
Make Your Own is cut to your measurements. Three to four weeks, and the fit is yours rather than the nearest available.
Our values
Confidence
It begins with feeling comfortable in what you wear, not with what the label says.
Inclusivity
Fashion should celebrate every individual, regardless of height, shape or skin tone.
Quality
Craftsmanship and fabric that behaves the same on the tenth wear as the first.
