Mass manufacturing cuts layers of cloth to standard sizes, stacking tolerances until the final piece is only an approximation of a fit. Made-to-order approaches the garment differently.
The individual pattern
When you select custom measurements in our configurator, the pattern is drafted directly from your measurements. The dart placement, the waist seam, and the hem break are adjusted specifically for your proportions, rather than scaled from a standard block.
Cut to your proportions
Each piece is cut individually according to your selected dimensions. Seams are finished cleanly, and every detail—from the neckline to the hemline—is constructed to maintain its shape.
A garment made to your measurements does not compromise on where the seam falls.
A garment made for you
When a garment is built to your measurements, the shoulder seams sit where they belong, there is no gapping at the bust or waist, and the hem hits the right break point.
